Organizational Survey
Organizational surveys are an action tool to help organizations define their challenges and target their efforts at systematic change. They are part of a process of change and are important communication vehicles to provide feedback to leaders who are driving improvements in business performance. The process we suggest for each client is tailored to their particular needs. Some situations require a very targeted survey that is focused on a select group or part of the organization. Other organizations have concerns that require a comprehensive survey of most or all employees to capture broader issues of culture, morale and teamwork.
