Leave the User ID blank (it is only required if you do not complete the survey(s) in one sitting, and need to return to the website to complete it – in that case you will be given a number and need to retain it to regain access).

On the next screen you will see a menu of surveys – you will need to complete the survey indicated in our email. On the first page enter first and last name, and gender; then scroll to bottom and click “continue now.” When you click “complete the survey” please close your browser to exit the website.

The Results

Feedback is an important component of this process, as it serves as a foundation for building a development plan. The feedback process is organization specific and something for you to discuss with the organizational psychologist who interviews you. The policy of the client organization determines if you can receive a written copy of the report, as it becomes their property.
