Kristin L. Ihle, Ph.D.

Kris Ihle provides client services in the areas of leadership assessment, executive coaching, organizational analysis, succession planning, talent management review, executive team-building, and 360 survey feedback coaching. She has particular expertise in coaching individuals and teams towards performance excellence, working with cross-cultural and multicultural dynamics, and assessing career/job fit. Prior to joining Hyde & Lichter, she was the Associate Director for Career Services at Northwestern University in Evanston.

In an earlier career, Kris competed as a professional athlete in track and cross-country events for Nike International, and was on 7 USA teams, 2 of which were World Championship Teams. She leverages her personal experiences and accomplishments as a world-class performer in her consulting work with individuals and organizations.

Kris completed her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
