Denis M. Lichter, Ph.D.

Denis Lichter is a co-founder of Hyde & Lichter. Prior to starting the company with John Hyde in 1984, he worked as a corporate psychologist for an international consulting firm, where he was introduced to the work of assessing and influencing leadership behavior within business organizations. That initial work has led to a career dedicated to helping numerous organizations improve their performance through identifying, selecting, and developing more effective leaders and leadership teams. Today the firm’s clients represent a cross-section of manufacturing, financial, service, and healthcare organizations in the Midwest.

Denis provides consulting services in the areas of organizational and cultural analysis, executive team building, leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, feedback tools and surveys, and selection systems. Over the course of his career he has worked with thousands of business leaders to help them become better at what they do.

Denis completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis/St.Paul.
